What the service is

VolleyAnswers gives your program a private page that answers questions about your season in plain English. Every number is computed from published match records; the AI reads your question and picks the right measurement, but it never computes or invents a number. When the data can't support an answer, the service says so instead of guessing.

Where the data comes from

• We read the box scores and play-by-play that college athletics websites publish publicly - yours and your opponents'. Nothing comes from behind a login, and nothing is private team data.
• Every match is validated against its official totals before it can answer questions. Matches that aren't published, or that fail validation, show up as named gaps - your page always states exactly which matches it covers.
• If a site asks us to stop reading its published pages, we stop, and affected matches become named gaps.

Your subscription

• Founding partner programs pay nothing this season. What we ask instead is that you use the page and tell us what it should answer next. If a paid plan ever applies to you, that happens only when you explicitly sign up for one - never automatically.
• Paid plans are month to month, billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime; your page stays up through the period you've paid for, and you won't be billed again.
• A founding rate stays at its founding price for as long as the subscription stays active.
• Each program gets one password for its staff. Don't share it outside your program; we can rotate it for you anytime on request.
• There's a generous daily question limit per program as a cost guard. If your staff ever hits it, tell us and we'll raise it.

What we store about you

• The questions asked on your page, with timestamps and whether they were answerable. We use this to fix gaps, improve answers, and see what your staff needs. We don't sell it or share it outside VolleyAnswers.
• Your name, email, and billing details live with Stripe; we don't store card numbers.
• No cookies beyond what sign-in needs; no ad tracking.

Honest limits

• Answers are only as complete as the public record. Coverage is stated on your page, and gaps are named, not hidden.
• The service is decision support, not an oracle. Sample sizes are shown so your staff can judge what a number rests on.
• We're not affiliated with the NCAA, any conference, or any school.

Ending things

You can cancel anytime from your Stripe receipt or by emailing support@volleyanswers.com. If we ever discontinue the service, active subscribers get 30 days' notice and a refund of any unused time.
